Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day service needs for clients
- Collaborate with Production team on strategy and marketing for new and renewal coverages
- Document each customer contact in Applied Epic.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
Requirement
- Two-year Insurance Personal Lines Service experience
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is Preferred
- Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and / or sell insurance. Must also be current on all Continuing Education (CE) credits needed to renew license.
- High school diploma or equivalent
