Job Summary :

As a gastroenterologist with Allina, you will immerse yourself in a role that perfectly balances procedural and clinical responsibilities with administrative duties, all within a 36-hour workweek

Key Position Details :

Our expanding group of five gastroenterologists has openings in Buffalo, Cambridge or Hastings, Minnesota, utilizing five procedure centers across the metro.

In seeing your patients at an Allina location, you will have :

Procedure schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 11 : 30 AM, then from 12 : 00PM to 3 : 30 PM

Each week consisting of 14+ clinic hours and 20+ endoscopy hours / week

Case load of up to 14 patients on clinical days which are blocked at half hour intervals

Flexibility for less than 1.0 FTE

Job Description :

Principle Responsibilities

• Provides direct care for clinical patients needing gastroenterology services.
• Reviews patient's medical history while collecting, prioritizing, and synthesizing comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• May provide care in an ambulatory clinic, inpatient or outpatient hospital setting.
• May participate in on-call rotation.

Pay Range : $500,000 to $630,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
