Pacific Companies is seeking a proactive and organized Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

You must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven to get the job done while keeping our team’s operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
• Sourcing : Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening : Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interviewing : Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations.
• Job Descriptions : Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Paycom; company applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; Paycom preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure always, including in stressful situations.
• Ability to be a self-motivated team player who takes initiative.
• Exhibit a high degree of conflict resolution skills while prioritizing business needs.
• Proficient in the English language.
