Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships.

The main role as a Sales Porter is to manage for the flow of the Sales Department at Audi Beverly Hills by receiving, moving and parking vehicles to accommodate all sales personnel requests.

A Sales Porter must keep the inventory lots organized, park vehicles in every designated area, receive new cars, attend to sales staff requests and more.

Sales Porters strives to provide a 5-Star Treatment by delivering exceptional service to all sales department with a professional, polite, and positive attitude.

Must work on Weekends

• Responsible for organizing all new cars lots, new car keys, sold car preparation and fulfilling Sale Team Request.
• Responsible for the Logistics of new cars between dealership and parking lots.
• Responsible for fulfilling all Salesperson Request regarding Sold Cars and Test Drive Cars.
• Always make sure the Sales lot Cars are properly aligned, organized by model and Clean.
• Sold Cars needs to be prepped on a timely manner but also making sure the Cars looks immaculate SHINNING AND READY FOR THE NEW OWNER.

Requirements :

Skills and Qualifications :

• Valid Driver's License and Experience is a must
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
• Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
