7 years of experience in IT project management
Experience successfully leading and managing parallel complex IT projects
Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Strong experience in managing onshore and offshore teams
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Expertise in facilitating Agile transformations and driving cultural change..
Experience in digital transformation projects
Proficient in project management tools and techniques (ex : Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
Required Certification / Licenses / Training :
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
Scrum Master certification
