- Cath Lab Tech
- Days Shift
- Daily Caseload per tech : 12-20
- Procedural Responsibilities : Cases Include Diagnostic, Emergent, and known intervention cardiac cases. Tech will complete Impella, Balloon Pump, CTO, Athrectomy, Structural Heart (TAVR, Watchman) PFO, cardiomems, EKOS, loop recorders, occasional pacemakers, etc.
- Weekend REQ : Yes
- Will this traveler need to float between like units? No
- Is on-call required? Yes; Approx 5-7 days / month
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
- Guaranteed Hours : 36 or 40h contract
- 2 years experience required, first time travelers accepted.
- Scrub and circulate skills required. Monitor and EKG skills preferred.
- Balloon angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left / right heart catherization, Rotablader, Paracentenesis, Hemo Dynamic Monitoring experience required.
- Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Pacemaker / Defib device placement, TAVI / TAVR procedure experience preferred.
