The Director of QA and Clinical Training is responsible for the training and professional development of the clinical staff and ongoing administration of the performance improvement (PI) / quality assurance (QA) program in the home health agency.

The Director of Clinical Training and Quality Assurance is available during normal operating hours and works closely with the Director of Clinical Services, the compliance team, and other regional staff to facilitate the ongoing needs of the staff and patients.

This person will know and utilize leadership and supervisory concepts to achieve positive outcomes to deliver the best quality of patient care.

Qualifications :

  • Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist for the state of Florida
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation required .
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory position preferred.
  • Experience reviewing and training clinicians on plan of care accuracy and regulations required.
  • Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel.
  • Must be passionate about education and detail oriented.
