Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments to determine students' needs and create effective intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school administrators to promote student success
- Offer counseling and support to students dealing with emotional or behavioral issues
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the special education process
Requirements :
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid California State licensure as a School Psychologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to enhancing students' emotional and educational well-being
