What We Offer :
- Competitive Pay : Earn 30%-33% of gross earnings, ensuring you’re compensated fairly for your hard work.
- Flexible Contract : Our 1-year contract offers flexibility, with the option to terminate at any time with a 2-week notice.
- Regular Payments : Loads are paid on a Monday-to-Monday cycle, with direct deposits sent every Friday. Please note, the first week’s earnings are held back, and all statements are available every Wednesday.
- Escrow Security : A $2,500 escrow (approximately $250 / week for 10 weeks) provides financial security, and it’s fully refundable within 45 business days after your contract ends.
- Insurance Coverage : We offer occupational insurance, with a $205 monthly deduction, ensuring you’re protected while on the job.
- Top-of-the-Line Equipment : Drive in comfort and style with our fully equipped, modern trucks (2023-2025 Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, ).
All vehicles feature automatic transmissions, APUs, fridges, microwaves, and inverters.
- Referral Bonus : Earn $500 for every driver you refer to us.
- DOT Inspection Bonuses : Receive $350 for a Level 1 inspection, $250 for Level 2, and $150 for Level 3. We believe in rewarding excellence and adherence to safety standards.
