Summary : Manage new and existing customer accounts. Responsibilities include : Have a great attitude. A positive attitude and a team mentality are vital to our success Respond to customer inquiries via various mediums Develop and service a customer base of repeat customers Prospect and qualify new sales leads while maintaining a well-developed pipeline of sales prospects.

Meet / exceed sales goals. Track / update sales activity and customer information through the company CRM system. Planning and organizing daily responsibilities to maximize efficiency and accuracy of work.

Develop strong customer and vendor relationships. Give price quotations for our products and services to maximize margins Process and close customer transactions such as orders, quotes, returns, etc.

Correspond with manufacturers and negotiate purchases as needed Industry training provided Requirements : Inside sales experience - direct plastics experience highly desired Strong phone and computer skills required Must know basic math (decimal and fraction conversions) Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related experience preferred.
