System Administrator & Active Directory User Access Specialist – First Century Bank

First Century Bank is looking for a full-time System Administrator & Active Directory User Access Specialist to join a growing team from our Commerce, Georgia location. First Century Bank has distinguished itself by providing specialized financial services through technology channels for our clients. This role is fast-paced and will have a direct impact on the Bank's ability to deliver our technology-enabled fintech programs and products. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the bank's core processing platform, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position will also oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control across core systems, Active Directory, and integrated banking applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

Jack Henry SilverLake Core System Administration

• Administer and maintain the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking system, ensuring system performance, availability, and stability.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with Jack Henry support and internal IT teams.
• Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate with vendors as necessary.
• Manage parameter changes, system configurations, and application interfaces (ATM, mobile, internet banking, loan origination, etc.).
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

User Access Management & Active Directory

Compliance & Security

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience plus 3+ years of experience with identity access management (IAM) or user provisioning. Ideal candidates would also have 3+ years of Microsoft Active Directory administration and user access management; knowledge of IT security best practices, strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff, experience with IT audits, and security assessments is a plus.
