is seeking a seasoned Luxury Restaurant Superintendent for fast-paced, high-end restaurant projects across Southern and Northern California.

This role requires extensive travel and a proven track record in restaurant construction. Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills to thrive in a high-intensity environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to manage tight schedules and coordinate subcontractors efficiently.

Choose BKB Enterprises for innovative, quality-driven commercial construction solutions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

• Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.-Maintain detailed project documentation and update schedules regularly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.-Produce three-week-look-ahead schedules and detailed RFIs.
• Ensure all verbal communication is documented in writing daily.-Use Procore for project management and Microsoft Outlook for communication.
• Utilize an iPad and / or laptop for daily tasks, including sending emails, creating reports, and submitting RFIs.-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-end restaurant construction.
• Proficiency in Procore (mandatory) and Microsoft Outlook (fluently).-Procore certification required prior to project start if not already certified.
• Ability to produce detailed three-week-look-ahead schedules and RFIs.-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use an iPad and / or laptop for project management tasks.-Computer literacy and the ability to communicate daily via email.
