Description
Assists with the administrative functions of the department. Performs varied tasks to support department management requiring considerable judgment in problem solving and extensive knowledge of departmental and institutional policies and procedures.
Continually works to ensure the smooth operation and workflow of the department. Handles time sensitive and confidential information.
Assists with staffing / scheduling for the Department of Nursing in conjunction with Nursing Leadership. Acts as a department resource for Nursing Administration for staffing related issues.
Education
Associates Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
2 Years experience in a related administrative capacity (Required)
1 Year experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
