Administer Medications : Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor Health : Track and document patient progress, reporting changes to the care team.

Educate & Support : Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, providing emotional support.What we are looking for : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) : Active LVN license in California.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, home health experience is a plus.Compassionate & Reliable : A caring attitude with a commitment to providing the best care possible.

Strong Communicator : Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Flexible : Willingness to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
