Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Solar Tracker Industry.
This role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the San Francisco Bay Area, driving sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Present complex solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our solar tracker products.
Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new clients within the renewable energy sector.
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Work closely with marketing to develop and execute account-specific marketing campaigns.
Customer Satisfaction :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or solar industry, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts, preferably experience with EPC or Utility customers in the tracker market.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
Deep understanding of the solar tracker industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
