A company is looking for an AVP - Asset Management for a remote position.Key Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, communicate with borrowers and lenders / investorsAnalyze property financials, report property / loan performance, and correspond with sponsors / borrowers for updates on property-level concernsMonitor loan events, review construction draws, and provide weekly loan portfolio updatesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance / accounting, business, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with proficiency in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset managementExperience with major property types, advanced CRE principles, and complex debt positionsAbility to create complex financial models in Excel or similar programsAbility to work independently on projects and in a fast-paced environment
