Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Northwest Arkansas - Telehealth

Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (known internally as a Mental Health Professional II) to provide telehealth services for our outpatient clinics in Northwest Arkansas.

The ideal Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or have experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as full- time, exempt (salaried) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Work hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. This position has the option to work onsite at one of our clinics in Northwest, AR, can be Hybrid, or fully telehealth depending on provider preference.

What you will do as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Arisa Health :

• Interview / assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family and group therapy services.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual's aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress.

What we look for in a Licensed Clinical Social Worker :

• Master's degree in counseling or social work
• Current Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
