Key Responsibilities :
Prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust / estate accountings, and funding calculations
Manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorships
Draft initial versions of trusts, petitions, proposed orders, declarations, and supplements
File court documents, including e-filing
Coordinate court appearances and organize case files for hearings
Act as a liaison with clients, law firms, trustees, settlement brokers, financial advisors, bond companies, court clerks, and other stakeholders
Qualifications :
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in trust & estates law or a related field
Full-time office availability (hybrid options available)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Actionstep is a plus!
