We are seeking a skilled and experienced Groomer to join our team at Company Name . As a Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services for a variety of pets, including dogs and cats.
Responsibilities :
- Groom pets according to breed-specific standards or owner preferences
- Bathe, brush, trim and style pets' fur
- Perform nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expressions
- Check pets for signs of health issues, such as skin conditions or parasites
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to ensure their satisfaction with grooming services
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience as a professional Groomer
- Certification from a grooming school or equivalent training
- Knowledge of different dog and cat breeds and their grooming requirements
- Ability to handle pets with care and patience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
