As an AS9100-certified and NADCAP-accredited manufacturer, we're looking for a Quality Systems Manager to guide our quality assurance team and keep our operations audit-ready, compliant, and continuously improving.

What your day might look like

• Walk the shop floor to verify controls and gauge calibration, then huddle with engineering and production to align on priority builds.
• Review customer scorecards, set improvement targets, and track progress against KPIs.
• Lead an 8D on a tricky nonconformance, digging deep with 5-Why to lock in robust corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare for a NADCAP special process audit—confirm documentation, validate process controls, and brief the team.
• Mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians—coaching on APQP, MSA, and SPC best practices.
