Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of client-focused proposals and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of the proposal process for complex RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing opportunities

Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to develop tailored proposal responses

Draft, edit, and finalize persuasive proposal content while ensuring compliance with RFP requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services clients

Advanced degree or legal industry certifications (e.g., APMP, JD, MBA) are a plus

Knowledge of legal industry trends and client expectations
