SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Nordic’s systems and workstations.

The Information Technology Specialist improves upon existing infrastructures and will be responsible for providing strong technical support, end-user training, problem-solving, and developing strategies to prevent future problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Information Technology Specialist will have the following responsibilities which include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage IT-Related Inventory with Precision : From the initial procurement process to tracking and maintaining inventory levels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology resources are always up to date and readily available.
  • Collaborate with a Top-Notch Systems and Security Team : Join forces with our dynamic team to provide exceptional help desk support and oversee the smooth operation of all our IT systems.

Champion User and Security Management : Safeguard our systems and data integrity by executing vigilant user and security management protocols across all platforms.

Deliver Impactful Training and Support : Empower our end users by providing comprehensive training, responsive support, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Execute Precise Hardware Maintenance and Deployment : From routine maintenance tasks to strategic hardware deployment, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our technology infrastructure operates at peak performance levels, contributing to seamless operations and user experience.
  • Craft Streamlined Process Documents and User Manuals : Streamline our operations by creating clear, user-friendly process documents and manuals.

  • Seasoned Professional Expertise : Bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in systems administration and workstation support to the table, demonstrating your proven track record of successfully managing IT environments and solving complex challenges.
