Maintenance Dispatcher Call Center Agent
Addison Group is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Dispatcher Call Center Agent to support our client's nationwide maintenance operations. This role provides after-hours and weekend support to retail service locations by coordinating contractor dispatches and facilitating repair service efforts. It's ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage high call volumes while communicating with vendors, internal teams, and external customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound maintenance requests and accurately log service details into the internal system
- Dispatch appropriate service contractors based on trade, location, and availability
- Monitor emergency maintenance queues to ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly
- Maintain open communication with field teams and managers to adjust workloads as needed
- Follow up with contractors to track work status and ensure timely job completion
- Process and track service documentation, work orders, and capital project requests
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in service tracking systems
- Respond professionally to escalated customer concerns and provide timely updates
- Manage active service requests and prioritize tasks in a high-volume call center setting
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 12 years of experience in a dispatching, call center, or service coordination roleProficient in data entry with strong attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple requests and changing priorities efficientlyAdaptability to evolving processes and technologiesProfessional demeanor with the ability to interact with contractors and internal leadershipExperience with facility maintenance or service coordination is a plusFamiliarity with systems such as ServiceNow or Sysco is a plusBilingual proficiency is a plusAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
