What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading and managing large-scale electrical construction projects, including data centers and DOD facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Overseeing project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Managing budgets, tracking project financials, and preparing contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Solving complex problems, managing risks, and ensuring milestones are met without compromising on quality or deadlines.

What You’ll Bring :

• 5-7 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of managing projects $100 million plus in value.
• Experience working on data centers and Department of Defense (DOD) projects is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Accubid, and MS Project.
• Exceptional budgeting, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• A deep understanding of electrical systems, design-build projects, and relevant codes.
