About The Position

Medadventures is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Allentown. This role is ideal for a PT passionate about helping older adults regain mobility, improve function, and achieve a higher quality of life through specialized therapy.

You’ll work in a supportive and collaborative environment that values patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Provide therapy focused on improving strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Valid PA Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred but open to new graduates
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
