responsibilities :
- Gather, document, and validate the business requirements and specifications of the system
- Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user requirements, and user documentation of
the system
Communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders, technical team, vendors, and other parties
involved in the project
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and training of the system
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation
- Create plan proposals, timelines, and budget / personnel requirements for leadership and related
departments
Lead IT projects, from conception to completion through internal resources and recruit external
consultants and resources as needed
