Responsibilities :
- Create residential structural drawings (wood frame and / or related flooring designs)
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and clients to ensure the timely delivery of quality designs, blueprints, and construction documents
- Conduct reviews to ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural design technology
