About The Position
Job Title : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Specialty : Anesthesia Job Duration : Permanent Shift : Days Monday Friday 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm + On-Call Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 5+ years of CRNA work experience preferred;
will consider recent graduates with appropriate training and experience License : Must have or be willing to obtain an IA license or IMLC Certifications : BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire), ACLS, PALS, and NRP (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire), NBCRNA Board Certified Must-Have : - Experience with procedures in both adult and pediatric patients- Clean malpractice history preferred Job Description : Provide professional anesthesiology services, including general, surgical, pediatric, thoracic, and obstetrical anesthesia, as well as intravenous sedation, regional blocks, and conductive anesthesia.
- Deliver pre-evaluation anesthesia services in alignment with approved guidelines.- Offer post-surgical monitoring for complications related to anesthesia administration.
- Respond promptly to emergency codes requiring an anesthesia provider, as availability permits.- Perform clinical services according to approved and generally accepted medical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with OR leadership, anesthesiology providers, and clinical staff.- Exhibit a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to motivate others to promote the organization's philosophy and goals.
