Location : Libertyville, IL (Remote, with travel required)
Term : 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire
Environment : Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy
Shift : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (hours may vary based on needs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team. This remote position requires travel to key locations such as Indianapolis, Richmond, Kansas City, KS, and Memphis, TN.
The role involves overseeing operations within a mail order and specialty pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage pharmacy operations across multiple regions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee profit and loss statements and budgeting processes.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Provide strong leadership and support to pharmacy teams.
- Obtain pharmacy licensure in additional states as needed.
Requirements :
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
- Proven experience with financial management, including profit and loss statements.
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to secure pharmacy licensure in additional states as required.
