Location : Algona, IA Position Type : FullTime Physician Family Medicine with Obstetrics Overview Thriving Family Medicine with Obstetrics opportunity in Algona, IA. This position offers a busy practice with instant patient volume, C-sections, full spectrum family medicine including ER & hospitalist work, and strong specialty support . Practice Highlights

• Join 8 Physicians 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine including surgical obstetrics, ER, and hospitalist
• Call : OB / Hospitalist 1 : 9; C-sections 1 : 3
• Specialists on site : Cardiology, Urology, GI, ENT, Orthopedics, and more
• Comprehensive diagnostic & support services : Lab, X-ray, MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Med, PT, RT, OT, ER
• 25-bed critical access hospital primary care clinic
• Part of a larger regional health system covering 14 counties with extensive referral network
• Not accepting Locums
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (BE within 3 years, must become BC within 1 year of employment) Required
• OB Fellowship-trained (must be completed prior to start) Required
• Must be able and willing to perform C-sections Required
• IA License or IMLC (or ability to obtain) Required Schedule & Coverage
• Full-time practice with clinic, hospitalist, OB, surgical obstetrics, and ER responsibilities
• Call for OB / Hospitalist : 1 : 9
• Call for C-sections : 1 : 3 Compensation & Benefits
• $250,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 5 years)
