We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to oversee and streamline all activities related to the preparation and shipment of finished goods from our facility.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring efficient and accurate shipping processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize the IFS system to identify daily stock items for picking and shipping.
• Prepare pick lists and packing lists, addressing any discrepancies with the team.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-ups.
• Initiate, respond to, and document tracer inquiries via email or fax.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and request additional supplies as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of all orders.
• Maintain organized records of shipments and communications with carriers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve shipping issues and improve processes.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with MRP systems; IFS experience preferred.
• Proficient in creating shipping documents and certificates using Word.
• Qualified forklift driver.
• Previous experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with carriers and team members.
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating shipments.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17 to $26 an hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
