What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for activities related to the daily operations of Systemates, Inc., in relation to the Projectmates software and client satisfaction.

You will lead the implementation and support teams to ensure accurate and effective new client onboarding and timely responses to client questions and issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation managers and specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for the implementation team and regularly review progress towards achieving these goals.
• Ensure the team has the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed in their roles.
• Represent Systemates and act as the Projectmates Subject Matter Expert (SME), internally, with clients, and at external events.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Projectmates’ products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist Implementation staff with complex workflows and / or large clients.
• Provide guidance and direction to Implementation staff and assist in project management.
• Lead high-level demonstrations of Projectmates for enterprise prospects.
• Train Sales and Implementation teams on the Projectmates product and construction industry.
• Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and from implementation to ongoing support.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on client needs and implementation experiences to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

• BA / BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• CSM Certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Construction Project Management is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Highly computer literate with the ability to learn robust and complex software products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and follow-through on action items.
• Ability to present and engage with clients confidently.
• Excellent consultative skills, business insight, and relationship building.
• Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology, value propositions and solutions.

Where you'll be working

This is a hybrid full-time role based out of our Richardson, TX office.
