Job Description :
As the Director of Total Rewards, you will oversee compensation, benefits management, and lead the open enrollment process.
You will collaborate with leadership to implement equitable compensation strategies and ensure effective use of Workday for total rewards functions.
This is a 3-4 month interim position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compensation & Merit Planning : Lead the merit planning process, ensuring fair and performance-based compensation guidelines.
- Benefits Management & Open Enrollment : Manage the entire open enrollment process, coordinating with vendors and ensuring effective employee communication.
- Workday System Oversight : Lead the use of Workday for compensation and benefits processes, providing training to staff as needed.
- Data Reporting & Analysis : Regularly assess compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Policy Development : Ensure compliance with regulations and develop strategies to optimize compensation and benefits offerings.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Proven experience managing open enrollment and retirement plans (403(B)).
- Expertise in Workday is essential.
- Experience in healthcare or high-volume, hourly employee environments is preferred.
