The range of compensation is $23 - $26 / hour plus tips.

The Server represents the restaurant with the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and sanitation safety. The Server must interact with restaurant guests, team members, and management in a professional and collaborative manner to create an exemplary and safe dining experience.
The Server provides food and drinks to guests in an efficient, timely and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes and provides excellent hospitality to guests
- Able to identify regulars and VIPs; communicates to the team accordingly
- Sets up and breaks down the dining room for service
- Completes opening and closing side work
- Keeps section clean and organized
- Provides water, beverages, and menus to guests
- Explains menu items to guests and answers questions about preparation and ingredient sourcing
- Takes food and beverage orders and always asks about allergies and dietary restrictions
- Rings orders in POS with proper coursing and modifiers
- Provides share plates and appropriate mise en place
- Runs and describes food and beverage appropriately
- Maintains water levels throughout the dining room
- Clears plates, busses and cleans tables
- Polishes plates, silver, and glasses
- Prints, processes, splits, and closes checks appropriately, and ensures credit card slips are signed
Work Environment
