Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist that will serve as a temporary employee with the company for 2 months, then be considered for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare marketing materials and correspondence for prospective residents.
- Greet, qualify, and assist prospective residents in the sales process.
- Respond to resident inquiries, solving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support financial and administrative reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the sales office, ensuring cleanliness and supply inventory.
Qualifications :
- Relevant administrative or sales support experience preferred.
- Experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and document handling.
- Proficient in property management software (Yardi, On-Site) and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Salary :
$49,920 - $52,000 per year
