Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding at-home infusion care, centered on individual patient needs.
- Administer diverse infusion therapies with precision and care.
- Monitor patient responses closely, adapting care plans as required.
- Maintain meticulous treatment records, adhering to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Qualifications :
- Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
- Active AR nursing license.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
- Dedication to serving the East Hartford community.
