A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.Key Responsibilities : Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new featuresBuild and maintain positive customer relationships, proactively identify new use cases, and engage with technical and executive customer teamsCollaborate with customers and product team on feature requests, triage support ticket escalations, and ensure timely issue resolutionRequired Qualifications : 4+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles within software / technologyStrong understanding of Internet protocols, data formats, networking, endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability managementBasic knowledge of Python and ability to present technical information to diverse audiencesExperience with technical partner enablement programs, APIs, and coding in Python, Bash, Batch, or PowershellUnderstanding of data sets and information extraction techniques
