Responsibilities :

We're looking for experienced solution engineers to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities, as well as further leverage these capabilities to support shared business objectives and to improve operational efficiencies.

As a solutions engineer, you will work closely with our solutions architect to develop customized integration solutions and to provide comprehensive technical support to our partners.

You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities.

As a solutions engineer, you will :

• Drive the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio
• Provide technical consultation and customized development support for both direct integration with global e-commerce platforms via open platform APIs, and in-direct integration via common 1st and 3rd party connector applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc)
• Work closely with our solution architects and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts
• Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical inquiries
• Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to optimise operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients continuously

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience of production coding experience
• Demonstrable hands-on development ability with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to : Python, Go, Java, C / C++.
• Strong familiarity with common software development frameworks and components, including databases, caches and message queues.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experienced technical solutions engineer with 5+ years of experience developing client solutions in the e-commerce or SaaS space
• Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business.
• Demonstrable domain knowledge of e-commerce integrator applications such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc especially desired
• Highly self-driven with strong people skills, and able to collaborate with a wide range of clients and internal partners to independently identify and address key issues and optimization opportunities.
• Creative problem solver who can thrive with minimal instruction or supervision
