In support of this goal, we are looking for a Product Manager, NetSuite Administrator to join our team in our Seattle office.

What does a Product Manager, NetSuite Administrator do?

The Product Manager, NetSuite Administrator serves as a key contributor to our Technology Services team by collaborating in the planning, design, development, and deployment enhancements to financial applications in our technical portfolio.

This includes aligning with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and establish clear, stable priorities for the team.

This role manages product planning of Financial Applications through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including developers and business partners, partners closely with business leaders and the IT department to develop business cases, product evaluations, communications, and reporting, and leads and partners closely with development and engineering teams to analyze requests, design solutions, solve problems and remove obstacles to support the needs of a dynamic organization.

What else should I know about this position?

This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to our Director of Product Management. This position works a hybrid schedule with at least two days in-person in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home / remotely.

What are you looking for in a candidate?

To be successful as a Product Manager, the ideal candidate should :

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience required as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Demonstrate experience and success managing financial systems at an administrator level
  • Understand and have experience supporting finance, accounting and supply chain processes
  • Have experience in writing business and functional requirements for the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Possess a solid background in solutions delivery from the intake / ideation through release
  • Be able to work independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.

Highly self-motivated and self-directed.

  • Experience in the facilitation of testing system fixes and enhancements for releases, including participating in QA and regression testing and writing UAT scripts
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work with a culturally diverse group and communicate ideas in both technical and business-friendly language.
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
  • Certification as a Financial Systems Administrator and / or Certified SuiteCloud Developer preferred.

What compensation and benefits do you offer?

The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary is $110,000 annually. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.

This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, dependent upon company and individual performance .
