Contract to Hire Administrative Assistant - Up to 47k!

Our client is a nationally recognized Environmental Services firm in Westampton, NJ looking for their next Administrative Assistant to join their team on a Contract to Hire basis.

The ideal candidate they are seeking comes from the industries of either Construction ore the Remediation industries while possessing experience in the administrative services field.

Additionally, this position is five days a week onsite in their Westampton, NJ office and would require the candidate to be local to their site.

About You :

• Proficent experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowePoint, and Outlook.
• 2+ years of experience in an Administrative or Office services position.
• Proven track record of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task on a daily basis.
• Possessing high levels of detail both written and verbal communications.

About the Job :

• Collaborate with Estimators and additional departmental partners for proposals, research, and addiitional orgaized content for submission of bids.
• Ensure projects given are followed through from initial proposal to compeltion.
• Receiving inbound phone calls from new or existing customers.
• Maintain and order office supplies as required.
• Provide support for onboarding operations including new hire orientation and compliance screenings.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as given.
