Responsibilities :

Be the focal point for responding to taskings / actions assigned to the Group in support of a special access program; track all incoming actions to closure;

coordinate with Program Managers and Senior Leadership, as applicable, to ensure timely delivery of coordinated responses.

• Work closely with Senior Leadership and other Groups to provide reporting, ensure requisite coordination, and monitor the associated workflow for high-visibility programs and activities.
• Collaborate / coordinate with other organizations, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings.
• Assist with meeting / briefing preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings and capture minutes and follow-on actions, as required.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to keep the Group informed.
• Coordinate with Group Leadership and Division Leadership on communications materials and content.
• Provide back-up support to other members of the SI team for other IT, mission and programmatic activities.

• Action Item Management expertise - tracking, coordination of responses, reports / metrics, etc.
• Previous project / program management experience.
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organization skills.
• Demonstrates business and political acumen.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool suite and WordPress.
• Keen attention to details to track a variety of tasks, actions, events.
• Self-starter; proactive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications :

• Must possess and be able to maintain TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7.
• Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers.
• Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input / output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.

• Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems.
• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
