Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to add to their team near Columbus, OH. They specialize in DC power controls, automotive interface modules and control systems, DC motor controls, and high-efficiency DC power switching and distribution.
You will work cross-functionally to improve existing products while also contributing to new product development for applications in the Utility and Service Vehicle industries.
Because the solutions they design are so niche, there isn’t as much competition in the market so you can feel secure about making this move.
What’s even better is the control they have over their work. They own their building and production making everything in their job shop.
You’ll have the flexibility you don’t often see since they’re not relying on contract manufacturing. You’d be a perfect fit if you enjoy working with smaller companies and hope to progress into a management position in the future.
This is a rare opportunity with both upward mobility potential as well as a culture-first environment with great work / life balance.
