This position is ideal for a talented HR leader with the ability to shape and guide the strategic, long-term people direction of a company, while also taking a hands-on role in executing tactics that drive employee success.
The role will have a significant impact on the business's success and will involve close interaction with the C-Suite and executive leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a full range of HR programs, including talent management (e.g., recruiting, performance management, staff development and training, retention, compensation), employee relations, culture, and people development.
- Coordinate the recruiting process at multiple locations, assisting operations in creating strategies to find talent and manage the corporate recruiting process.
- Own all aspects of the company’s people activities, maintaining and driving a culture of performance, growth, and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Operations team to support team growth and develop a seamless onboarding process, including training and development programs to enhance employee growth and leadership competencies.
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance review program in collaboration with leaders.
- Assist in compensation job leveling and job family structures, providing data to populate the framework.
- Facilitate the consolidation and integration of benefit plans and 401k plans, assisting in aligning benefits integration.
- Oversee the consolidation of the employee handbook for all locations.
- Manage employee management sessions during the acquisition of new locations, ensuring smooth transitions for rebadged employees.
- Serve as an advisory resource for all personnel, mediating issues and utilizing outside counsel where appropriate.
- environment, developing incentives, contests, activities, and events to support engagement.
- Manage human capital budgets and people forecasting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience working in a high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting a multi-state, multi-site rapidly growing organization.
- Manufacturing environment experience with multi-shifts and multinational staff, with HR communication in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Strong change management and project management experience.
- Experience with acquisitions and / or integration of teams is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior management.
- Ability to lead effectively while also being hands-on and executing on tactics.
- Experience building partnerships with C-level executives and providing professional pushback when necessary.
