The Drum Exchange is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to implement policies and strategies for our growing startup.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a clear vision for HR structure, and be able to work collaboratively with executive management to create all aspects of the HR department, and then oversee employee recruiting, hiring, development, and retention.
We are looking for a strong self-motivator, with a goal-oriented mindset.

- defining / developing / implementing motivating employee incentive programs
- aligning employee talents with organizational goals
- ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
