Nabila's is a Lebanese restaurant that pays homage to my mother's cooking the kind of food only found in a Beirut home. In our first year open we received a 2-star NY Times review, multiple accolades, and we continue to be full nightly.

We want a long-term Floor Manager who shares our values and passions, and wants to grow with our family.
Manager Duties
- Manage daily service operations for a busy Cobble Hill restaurant
- Schedule, direct and lead FOH Staff
- Work closely with Owner on day-to-day operations and strategic direction
- Help hire, train and mentor hourly FOH staff

- 3+ years of senior FOH experience at busy NYC restaurants
- DOH Food Handler's Certificate

- Have experience with Lebanese or other Middle Eastern cuisines

Schedule
- 5-day workweek, 40-45 hours
- Attractive hours with relatively early close
Compensation
- Salary : $70,000-80,000
- Health Insurance Coverage
- Eligible to participate in Quarterly Incentive Compensation Program (Bonuses)
