TEAM is hiring for a Rockstar CB Ambassador in the Dallas market for a vibrant and fast-growing brand in the beer category.

The brand you will be representing is a Craft beer that is a growing craft brand. Our CB Ambassador will report to the Program Director and local client Field Marketing team and will be responsible for driving Market Execution, Account Management and Client / Consumer Engagement for their designated territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are searching for a part-time CB Ambassador. The CB Ambassador will represent our client’s brand at events throughout the designated market and will engage with consumers while building brand affinity with key influencers with the ultimate goal of expanding distribution in the independent off-premise and on-premise channels.

Sales Development Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand growth, leading effective collaboration and engagement with local distributor sales force to drive sales volume and increase market penetration in defined territories.
  • Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retails spaces, and other special events as needed.
  • Work with the designated client manager who will assign accounts, train and report results
  • Work alongside and support local field manager by performing sales support functions to include the use of current point of sale marketing materials, consistent communication with sales representatives regarding changes in buyer preferences and or out of stock inventory concerns / situations encountered during business hours.
  • Introduce new products, reinforce established and agreed upon case volume and display activity.
  • Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation
  • Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
  • Articulate best practices and trends back to the local field manager via recap and event photos
  • Build brand awareness and help increase sales
  • Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain proper records for all expense reports and ensure completion with receipts attached on a weekly basis.
  • Closely monitor and track all activations and special events.
  • Manage all informational requests and recap key takeaways for TEAM Management.
  • Understand and ensure compliance of all state rules / regulations.

WAYS TO STAND OUT

  • Have knowledge and interest in beer / craft beer category
  • Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
  • Enjoy engaging with and influencing consumers in order to create excitement for a brand
  • Previous experience working Marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Specialist preferred
  • Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel including orders, delivery, and merchandising support.
  • Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Access to dependable transportation to make in-person or onsite client visits.
  • Lift and carry 40+ pound on a repetitive basis.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
