Shift Notes : 12hr Nights 36-hour guarantee
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend / Holidays required if needed

Ability to function independently under the general guidance of the Director and follow the guidelines and protocols and / or policies and protocols specific to each unit.
Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilizes time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving in providing care.
Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of current Med Surg experience
- IV experience REQUIRED
- BSN Preferred
- PEARS - Pediatric Emergency Assessment and Stabilization preferred
