Position : Entry Level Customer Service Assistant
Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA office.
This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for customer service and are looking to grow in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product or service questions and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with general administrative duties and office support.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
