Key Responsibilities :

• Draft Legal Documents : Prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other legal pleadings with precision and clarity.
• Evaluate Discovery Documents : Review and analyze essential discovery materials including medical records, sales documents, and employment records to build strong cases.
• Compose Case Assessments : Create thorough case evaluations for review by associates and partners, contributing to our team's collaborative success.
• Manage Billable Time : Ensure accurate and timely accounting of your billable hours for seamless project management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience Required : Minimum of 3 years in asbestos litigation is essential.
• Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities to manage complex tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with attorneys and fellow paralegals, fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals.
• Independent and Team Player : Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a larger team dynamic.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Proactive approach to identifying challenges and devising effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, and PACER is preferred.
