Manager in Training Program

Job Posting : Manager in Training The Manager in Training program is a 4-month rotational program to learn the sales tactics, operations and corporate responsibilities of an Associate Group Sales Manager (GSM) at PLS Logistics.

The ultimate goal of this program is create leadership opportunities within the brokerage management team. Top candidates finishing this program have a career trajectory to Group Sales Managers and Satellite Office Leaders within 2 years (based on performance).

This is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track your career in management while receiving on-the-job training in every aspect of a rapidly growing organization : Months 1-2 : Sales training Month 3 : Operations training Month 4 : Corporate rotations and program graduation This role will have training based in Tampa, FL , and candidates must be open to relocation to any one of the 7 brokerages after training concludes (St.

Louis, Dallas, Tampa, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, and Philadelphia) and will work Monday Friday, 8 am- 5 pm in the office.

As a Manager in Training, you will be expected to have prior experience with : Leadership in the classroom, on the playing field, socially or anywhere else! On-campus involvement (ex.

Greek life, fundraisers, community service) Networking and public speaking. Exceptional candidates will have : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Adaptability and a roll up your sleeves mentality. Ability to relocate to any one of the PLS branches across the country upon completion of the program.
